We take copyright seriously. If you are a content owner and believe your material appears on PunjabHub without authorisation, please submit a takedown request using the form below. We respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

1. Our Policy

PunjabHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content providers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

All video content on PunjabHub is hosted via Bunny.net CDN. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 48 hours
Notify the content provider of the takedown
Document the takedown for our records

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown request, your notice must include all of the following:

Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
Your electronic or physical signature

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

Your name, address, phone number and email
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court
Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers

PunjabHub will terminate access for any user or content provider who is found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All content displayed on PunjabHub features only performers who were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the content producers and original publishers. PunjabHub is not the primary producer of any content and relies on the representations of content providers regarding compliance.
